None of it is professional technical, financial, medical, or legal advice. No instructor, contributor, or member of staff is acting as your professional adviser.

You decide what to do with it

Your use of this platform is voluntary. You decide whether to run a command, install software, change a configuration, or apply a technique you learned here. You accept responsibility for that decision and for what follows on your own systems and in your own circumstances.

Live classes are unedited

Live classes happen in real time. They are not scripted, reviewed, or edited before you see them.

AI features

Our AI tutor and teaching assistant generate text from a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Treat their output as a starting point, not an answer. Do not rely on it for anything where being wrong would matter.

No warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• content or code is accurate, secure, or error-free
• following any instruction will produce a particular result
• anything taught here will not cause software conflicts, system failure, or data loss
• the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or free of defects

Technical interruptions

Live audio and video depend on your device, your network, and third-party providers. We are not responsible for latency, dropped audio, degraded video, or lost connections caused by your internet service, your equipment, or an upstream provider.

Where a class cannot be delivered at all, our Refund Policy applies. Streaming quality alone does not give rise to any other claim.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chop Cost Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, instructors, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if we were told such damage was possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Tutorial Cool in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

What this does not limit

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that applies to you, the exclusions and limits above apply only as far as the law permits, and you may have rights this disclaimer does not affect.
