Terms of Service

Tutorial Cool is operated by Chop Cost Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us", "Tutorial Cool"). These Terms govern your use of tutorialcool.com and all related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use Tutorial Cool

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Tutorial Cool is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Your account

One account per person. Do not share your login, sell access, or let another person use your account to attend a class you paid for.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, creates legal risk, or disrupts other users. Where we close an account for a breach, no refund is due.

Instructors

Instructors set their own prices and are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of what they teach. Tutorial Cool provides the platform; it does not author, verify, or endorse instructor content.

Instructors receive a share of revenue as set out at the time of listing, paid according to our payout schedule. Instructors are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes.

Instructors grant Tutorial Cool a licence to host, display, and deliver their content for as long as it is listed on the platform.

Live classes

Live classes are delivered in real time. What happens in a live class is not scripted, edited, or reviewed beforehand.

During a live class, your instructor can see the work you produce on the platform. Administrators of Tutorial Cool may also observe a class for safety, quality, and support purposes. Our Safeguarding and Monitoring notice explains exactly who can see what, and we recommend you read it before joining a class.

Your camera and microphone are off by default. You choose whether to turn them on.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Our Refund Policy sets out when a refund is available. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund right you have under the law that applies to you.

Prohibited use

You may not use Tutorial Cool, or anything you learn through it, to:

• attack, scan, or gain unauthorised access to any system or network
• create or distribute malware, ransomware, or phishing material
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse any person
• record, download, or redistribute another person's class, voice, or likeness without their permission
• scrape, copy, or resell platform content
• interfere with the operation of the Services

We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write, draw, and submit. You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to run the Services, including showing your work to your instructor during a class.

We do not use your coursework to train artificial intelligence models.

Our content

The platform itself, its software, design, and branding belong to Tutorial Cool. Course content belongs to the instructor who created it. You may use what you access for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chop Cost Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and instructors against any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided as is. Our Liability Disclaimer sets out the full position, including the limits on what we are liable for. Please read it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version is numbered and dated, and we keep a record of what you agreed to. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Services. Minor corrections take effect on publication.

Ending your use

You may close your account at any time. Some records, including payment history and consent records, are kept where the law requires it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
